1. About ManageDesk
ManageDesk is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for library owners to manage their members, seats, fees, and book inventory digitally. The service is accessible via web.managedesk.in.
2. Products & Services
ManageDesk offers the following services to registered library owners:
- Member management (add, edit, track members)
- Seat management (assign and monitor seat occupancy)
- Fee tracking (record and manage member fee payments)
- Book issue management (issue books, track returns, email verification)
- Public directory listing for libraries
- Dashboard analytics and reporting
3. Pricing
ManageDesk operates on a monthly subscription model. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Current Pricing:
- Mandate setup / trial activation: INR 1 (one-time)
- 28-day free trial included with mandate setup
- Monthly subscription after trial: INR 299/month
Pricing is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers before their next billing cycle.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments using UPI Auto-Pay (e-mandate). By subscribing, you authorize ManageDesk to auto-debit the monthly subscription amount from your linked UPI account.
The mandate setup requires a one-time charge of INR 1. After the 28-day trial period, INR 299 will be auto-debited monthly. You can cancel the mandate at any time from your dashboard settings.
5. Account Registration
To use ManageDesk, you must create an account with a valid email address and complete the library onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription in your dashboard.Upon cancellation, your UPI mandate will be revoked immediately and no further charges will be applied. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
7. Data Privacy
ManageDesk stores library, member, and transaction data securely in encrypted databases. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment information is handled entirely by Cashfree Payments and is never stored on our servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
ManageDesk is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party payment processing failures.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ManageDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
