Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your ManageDesk subscription at any time. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel:

  1. Log in to your ManageDesk dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Your UPI auto-pay mandate will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • No further charges will be deducted from your UPI account
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Your data (members, seats, books, fees) is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe
  • After 90 days of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted

Refund Policy

Mandate Setup Fee (INR 1)

The INR 1 mandate setup / trial activation fee is non-refundable. This is a nominal charge to verify your UPI account and set up the auto-pay mandate.

Monthly Subscription (INR 299/month)

If you cancel within 7 days of a monthly charge being deducted, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's payment. Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge will not be processed.

Trial Period

During the 28-day free trial, no subscription charges are deducted. If you cancel before the trial ends, no amount (other than the INR 1 mandate fee) will be charged.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of the charge you want refunded
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI account).
